  • Arrival 1 hour before reception begins to ensure everything is set up as planned

  • Coordination with all vendors throughout the reception so everyone is aligned

  • Final check with DJ/Musicians for bridal introduction and songs chosen for the formalities

  • Management of bridal introductions, announcements, hosting the speeches and all interaction with guests

  • Facilitate the reception itinerary with all stakeholders so the event runs smoothly and timely

  • Ensuring a fun atmosphere for all guests so they have an enjoyable event Ensuring the bride and groom are always attended to Assisting the bridal party with any of their request or needs

  • Ensures all elements of the reception are actioned and executed
